Clerihew Poem about Miss Diana Cordero

April being the National Poetry Month, my student are creating different types of poetic devices. I am going to present several examples of their work on Clerihew poem.

1. My teacher is Miss Diana.                                        2. My English teacher name's Diana.

She has a tiara.                                                                      She loves to eat banana.

She's our personal preacher,                                             Always wanting to teach,

Except she is our English teacher.                                    And dreaming to be rich.

She sometimes goes a little banana.                                  She is like a Piranha.

She has a lot of originality.                                                   Shredding our lives with paper

That's why I love her personality.                                      With things that we can't remember.

I also have two intern that are doing their internship with me, so they also wanted to do their part by writing a poem about me, too.

She likes her sombrero.                                                  She likes to dance bolero.

Teaching is her habit.                                                    Teaching is her career choice,

There's not better at it!                                                  so you better listen up to her voice!
